SMS Notification Opt-In

HauntShift sends operational SMS messages to staff members and volunteers only after they choose to opt in. This public page demonstrates the same SMS consent language used during organization registration, profile updates, and notification settings.

How SMS Consent Works

  • SMS is optional and is not required to create an account, register, work, volunteer, or participate.
  • Managers cannot send SMS to users who have not opted in.
  • Users may Reply STOP to opt out.
  • Users may Reply HELP for help.
